BARRE3 FRANCHISE MILLWORK PACKAGES
In 2014, as Risley Renovations, LLC, our first two custom franchise millwork packages were produced for barre3. Since then, we have supplied our clear vertical grain Douglas fir millwork package to over 60 barre3 franchise locations across the country. Over the years, Risley Renovations evolved into VG Millworks and operates today as OGWR.
The entire CVG millwork package is pre-finished and has been specifically developed to meet the needs of the barre3 studio design. It includes hand-picked dimensional CVG fir and moldings, reception desk, retail display, barre brackets, poplar barre, mirror frames, cubby benches, and instructor station. Shipping and handling is also included.
We work closely with the barre3 Design + Construction Management Team to customize and fit the layout of each individual location. Every package is built locally in Oak Grove, Oregon by the OGWR team. We are proud and grateful to have this longstanding partnership with barre3 and the barre3 Franchisees.

GENERAL CONTRACTOR - BARRE3 KRUSE VILLAGE
This is the latest barre3 Portland studio, built in 2016. OGWR took this on as a light commercial general contracting project, and the space started out as a cold, dark shell. This tenant improvement consists of 2,477SF at the Kruse Village shopping center in Lake Oswego, Oregon. OGWR worked with several trusted sub-contractors from the Portland area, and the OGWR team provided and installed the millwork package.
