Subcontractor for demolition, framing, siding, and timber framing.
LAURELHURST HOME RESTORATION
Brought home up to code by rebuilding basement stairs which allowed downstairs bedrooms to be considered living space. Added custom tiled walk-in shower to master bath. Refinished hardwood floors. Added bathroom + kitchenette to basement. Replaced chimney.
BACKYARD OASIS
Design + build of deck, pergola, paver patio, and landscaping.
NE PDX HOME RESTORATION
Addition of front porch, reconfiguration of kitchen, added 1 bedroom + 1.5 baths.
HISTORIC HOME BATHROOM REMODEL
Complete bathroom remodel in historic Portland home. Installed heated marble floors, upgraded all plumbing fixtures, tiled shower surround, painted woodwork, and faux Venetian plaster.
HISTORIC REDMOND CHURCH
Replaced siding and painted. Restored framing below large stained glass window.
